This notice informs people who fill in the demo request form on mindslides.io, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Personal data we process
The name, work email, company name, phone number (if given), company type, how you prepare reports and your message that you enter in the form; also the date the form was sent, the page language and your IP address to prevent abuse.
Purpose
To reply to your demo request, arrange a call with you and, if you wish, open a trial account for your company. Your data is not used for marketing emails and is never sold to third parties.
Legal basis and collection
The data is collected electronically through the form on this site. The legal basis is that processing is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f); for the transfer abroad, it is your consent given in the form (explicit consent).
Transfer and retention
The data is stored on servers in Turkey. A copy of your request is sent to our team by email (ai@mind-station.com); since our email service is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365), this copy may be kept on servers outside Turkey. This transfer is made in line with Article 9 of KVKK and only to reply to your request. It is deleted once the conversation about your request is concluded, and within two years at the latest; earlier if you ask.
Your rights
To learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, or exercise your other rights under Article 11 of KVKK, write to ai@mind-station.com. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days.
